By downloading, installing, or using ShiftWise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
ShiftWise is a shift work companion application that provides:
You may create an account using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You may use basic features without creating an account. Some features require authentication.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
ShiftWise offers free features including basic calendar, limited AI conversations (3 trial messages), and energy scores.
PRO subscription unlocks unlimited AI conversations, detailed analytics, PDF export, and premium features. Subscription options include monthly, yearly (with free trial), and lifetime plans.
Wise Credits are consumable in-app purchases for AI conversations. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable.
The free trial period is 7 days for eligible subscription plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.
Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies.
Wise AI provides recommendations based on shift work research and your personal data. AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) and are informational in nature.
Wise AI may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete information. We continuously improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee accuracy of all responses.

ShiftWise, Wise, and all related branding, designs, and content are owned by Studio Lunora. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of your shift data, notes, and conversation content. By using ShiftWise, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the service.
ShiftWise is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Lunora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, damages arising from reliance on AI recommendations, or health consequences from following app recommendations.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for ShiftWise in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Lunora from claims arising from your use of ShiftWise or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ShiftWise after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kocaeli, Turkey.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
